How does Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Cream PLUS work?

Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Cream PLUS reduces the appearance of under-eye bags, wrinkles, and fine lines in just minutes. Plexaderm has been clinically studied; its active ingredient is silicates found in shale clay. As Plexaderm cream dries, it pushes back the appearance of puffiness and lifts where wrinkles form. Plexaderm’s latest clinical study demonstrated that it also visibly lifts and tightens forehead lines and wrinkles on the cheek, neck, and neckline.

The clinician administering the study stated, “This scientific study shows improvement in facial smoothness and reduction in statistically significant wrinkles. Without question, the new Plexaderm formula provides superior results. Take years off your appearance!”

It really works!

I was very skeptical in ordering this product for the bags I get under my eyes however, I was not disappointed. The first try was ok, not a lot of difference but my daughter said she did see a small difference. The next day, I tried it again and IT WORKED! the bags were completely flat. I use it every morning now. I wish the product would stay in place after applying liquid foundation, that seems to loosen the tightness that shrinks the bags. Now I put Plexaderm Plus on and let it dry while I am doing other things. I apply foundation very carefully with a patting motion and while the foundation is still damp, I put a small amount of the product on top the foundation. That seems to help the tightening again. My only dislike is that the results are temporary and the price is so high. I wish it was offered at a more reasonable price. I will be purchasing again in the future.

It does work…however….

1.You have to have clean skin

2. Apply product according to directions.

3. Wait ten minutes without moving. It works.

If I do these steps, it will last 3 to 4 hours. If you have no makeup on, you can reapply after it wears off. Liquid foundation (even water Based) did not work, it relaxed back to normal. A slight amount of powder works, if I use too much powder foundation my under eye skin looks cracky. For me, it works best with nothing on top of it. The drawback to this product is that my skin feels uncomfortably dry as I wear it. After I take it off, (comes off with plain water), my skin is very red and irritated. Still on the fence with plexaderm. It is amazing to see what I look like without those puffy bags under my eyes. It is fascinating how fast it works. Just hate the dry burning feeling from it.

 Very happy (surprisingly) with it

I just placed my second order. Bottom line: This product really works, at least for me. I was quite skeptical but the advertisement seemed pretty convincing. I use it primarily for bags that have started appearing beneath my eyes and also for some crows feet at the corners. It seems to get rid of those within the first 20 minutes. I read other reviews that said it only lasts for a couple of hours but my experience is that it lasts the entire day. If you apply too much, it can create a white powdery appearance once it has completely dried, so you will probably need to play around with the first couple of applications to know the right amount for you. I also agree that the applicator is not the best as sometimes too much comes out and/or it clogs too easily. Other than that, I am very satisfied and happy that I found it.

Easier access. With no problem dispensi

I love the product it really does what it says actually for a couple days I have no swelling my problem is the packaging this is the second tube I have bought and it happened again the hypodermic quits expressing the product then they prompt you to break it down and still it won’t work I cannot see why a tube like toothpaste would not suffice it would really be better for me to squeeze out an adequate amount than to squirt it against the wall trying to fix the dang thing

Packaging is not dependable. Customer service is very difficult.

This product is very good – if you can get it out of the container. The most recent one lasted 6 days and then was impossible to access. $59 is quite a price for a week’s worth of product.

Excellent product, be gentle with dispenser

The product itself is incredible but the packaging or delivery system is junk. Mine fell apart and I ended up losing half of the product bc the container fell apart I had to use a Bobbie pin to get the cream out so I could apply it. Then it eventually got to be a messy hassle. I was disgusted and frustratrated with the whole thing. I absolutely love the product it does exactly what it says it does it’s just the delivery system leaves something to be desired. Andalso, I am sure that mine was just a defective one and that eo else has worked beautifully…i am just upset that I spent all that money and 65% of the product went in the trash bc I couldn’t use it as the dispenser fell apart…and I didn’t know who to contact or what to do about it as I had already opened it…so, My loss as usual. Things like this always happen to me…if I didn’t have bad luck I’d have no luck. Love the product tho…when I can save up enuf money I intend to get it again. I just turned 50 on May 28th…so I promised myself that I’d get it again…bc It really is an incredible product, I just got a faulty dispenser.

Well….if it were Halloween and I was going as a hag….

I REALLY wanted this to work. I’m in my early 60’s, often mistaken for latte 40’s, fair skin which I’ve taken care of through the years. My husband is
mid-60’s with more olive skin and sun screen is a concept he has never embraced. SO….we both tried this. It worked better on me but that’s relative. Initially it did smooth out the bag under my right eye (my husband and I were trying an experiment) I could see the difference; he couldn’t.
About 20 minutes later, from about 6 feet away, he could tell that my right eye had a ‘smaller” bag under it. Neither of us could tell any difference on his skin. Even at that, since I could tell a difference, I thought “well once I get my make up on and so on it’ll help”. Nah Aside from the fact that my skin was clean, I did not perspire or rub the area, and I didn’t put any moisturizer near the area, nor makeup…..aside from all that, within about 2 1/2 hours it had started to wear off and instead of bags my skin under my eyes looks like crepe paper….wrinkled in a way it has never been. For me it didn’t work as well as promised, and it didn’t last as long as promised, and when it starts to wear off I look a bit haggard and frightening. SOOOO
sadly for my skin and situation (and my husbands very different skin and situation) it was a non-starter. It would be great if it worked, but I would take a pass if you’re on the fence.. It’s too pricey for the performance level and duration.

Problem dispensing product

I love the product. I HATE the packaging. The hanging skin/bags under my eyes totally disappears within 5-10 minutes. I can feel it pulling and then the bags are gone. For that reason I love the product. But, I HATE how it is packaged and dispensed. It would be much better off in a little tube (like toothpaste) and probably cheaper to package. At this cost, that needs to be addressed. I take it apart and with my finger nails push on the spring and it comes out for me, but I loose a small quantity every time I do that. If the dispensing were more reliable, I would use this product daily.

Not a bad product!

This product works if you use it EXACTLY like it instructs. You CANNOT move your face for several minutes after applying and it works beautifully. They didn’t promise it would last all day but for me, it certainly works for most of my work day. I’ve had several people tell me that “your makeup looks good today”, not knowing I used this product. The one thing I can say is that I feel it works better if you gently pat it on your wrinkles AFTER applying your makeup. I tried it both ways, before & after & found, for me that it definitely works better after makeup. Also, don’t overuse it…tiny amounts work wonders. I love this product & am quite shocked at all the bad reviews!

I was very hopeful. I had rotator cuff surgery and for months of heavy pain meds and weight loss I have some sagging and deep wrinkles. Pretty much like the commercials. I used this product for a week. Now I wish I never had. It is very drying on the skin. You can’t moisturize before or after because it dilutes this weird formula. Started with clean dry face. Put it on my problem areas and just like it said I began to see the eyes smooth. But it dries on your skin tight. I mean TIGHT.

It is stiff and hard, like a mask that was left on way to long. It also is sandy feeling. You have to put on around the areas as well because as it dries the skin will dimple and pucker where there was no cream applied. When it dries it leaves a white film on your face. Very visible. You can’t wear liquid foundation with this because it looks like you put spakle on your face.

If you have seen the movie “Death Becomes Her” with Goldie Hawn, you will know what I mean. I left our house and thank goodness I checked the mirror before getting out of the car. My skin was puckered and the white film was visible and looked horrible. I got a wipe and scrubbed it off. It doesn;t just come right off. Even when it stops working and I never made it past four hours. Now the direction say if you must wear make-up to use powder.

The film is so tight and smooth that the powder won’t adhere and where it does turns to a pasty gunked up look. So after a week I noticed a change in my skin. It is dryer than before and the wrinkles are more pronounced. I am so so worried about my skin. I am going to a Dermatologist and see what can be done. As I am 53 and look ten years older. I would approach with care and a lot of cold cream. After all this is a rock ingredient and does dry like cement. Aaaarrrgh!!!
